From the outset, Triumphant Medical Institute LLC was designed to be a learning environment FOR caregivers, BY caregivers. The founder, Kishma Mullix MSN RN, knows all too well what it means to be a caregiver. “I set forth to create a program that actually prepares students to become successful caregivers in the real world, in real environments, not some ideal textbook scenario.” Many programs are geared toward teaching a curriculum that simply teach students how to pass an exam. TMI not only teaches students the skills and information necessary, but the critical thinking and foundational understanding they will need to succeed.
